Any suspected fraud or misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities. Monday Matcha (Matcha Mondays AB) reserves the right to cancel any order where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on our website, including, but not limited to, product descriptions, pricing, shipping costs and stock availability. We also reserve the right to correct such errors after an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscription Terms

Once a subscription order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at your selected delivery interval. Your payment method will be automatically charged before each scheduled shipment unless you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel, pause or manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@mondaymatcha.com. Any changes or cancellations will apply only to future orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Food Products & Quality Claims

Matcha is a natural food product that is sensitive to heat, light, air and moisture. To preserve its quality, it should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept tightly sealed after opening.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering it. To help us investigate, we may request photographs, the batch number and, where appropriate, that the remaining product be returned for inspection.

Each quality claim is assessed individually based on the information available at the time of the claim.

Due to the nature of food products, claims submitted a significant time after the product has been opened or consumed may not be capable of being investigated or verified. In such cases, we may be unable to determine the cause of the issue and therefore may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please note that this right does not apply in all circumstances. Exceptions may apply under applicable consumer law, including for certain food products and sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.

Cancellation of a subscription only applies to future orders that have not yet entered processing. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the designated pickup point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of 79 SEK (or the equivalent amount in the local currency where applicable) to cover return shipping and handling costs. This amount may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Other

These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
