SHIPPING

For small and medium-sized parcels, the following shipping fees apply (please note that prices may vary over time depending on the carrier):

Sweden:
Orders under 499 SEK: Shipping to your mailbox – 35 SEK
Orders over 499 SEK: Free shipping (tracked where applicable)

EU:
Orders under €49: Shipping to your mailbox – €12
Orders over €49: Free tracked shipping

Service Points:
If your parcel is delivered to a service point, you will receive a notification with details of where and when it can be collected. You are responsible for collecting your order within the timeframe stated in the notification.

Parcels must be collected in person upon presentation of valid identification and the tracking number. For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK / €25 to cover handling and return shipping costs.

SHIPPING TIMES

Stocked items refer to products that are available for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Sweden:
Orders are typically dispatched the same day or within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days, depending on the carrier.

EU:
Delivery times vary by destination, with an estimated range of 7–14 days.

In the event of supplier delays, delivery times for stocked items may be extended. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

All orders are shipped with PostNord.Fully tracked delivery on all orders.
Smaller orders are delivered directly to your mailbox when possible.
Larger orders are delivered to your nearest PostNord service point for collection.
