A note from our founder
I never wanted to quit coffee. But with ADHD and caffeine sensitivity, it stopped working for me. It made me anxious, overstimulated, and left me crashing a few hours later.
Then I discovered what high-quality matcha was supposed to taste and feel like.
Calm focus. Steady energy. No crash.
The problem was that almost none of the matcha I found in Scandinavia lived up to that experience. It was often bitter, stale, or simply overpriced.
So I went to the source.
Today we work directly with small family-run farms in Yame, Japan, selecting matcha for its freshness, flavour and craftsmanship. Because once you've experienced truly fresh matcha, there's no going back.
For me, matcha isn't just about energy. It's a daily ritual. A slower morning. A beautiful moment. Something you genuinely look forward to.
I hope it becomes part of your day, too.
With love,
Emma Kaiding, Founder
