Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on our packaged matcha, but we’re open to refunds or exchanges depending on the situation. All claims are carefully reviewed to ensure fairness.
Returns for accessories:
Changed your mind? You can return any tea accessory within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in original condition and packaging.
How to initiate a return:

Return shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we promise to make the process as smooth as possible.
Refunds:
