Transfer your matcha into the stainless steel tin and seal both lids after each use to help preserve freshness.

To prepare, mix 2 teaspoons of matcha with 70–75 ml warm (not boiling) water. Whisk until smooth and frothy using a bamboo whisk, electric frother or jar.

Add hot or cold milk, and sweeten to taste.

Done in under 2 minutes.
