Frannie I use Monday Matcha both for personal enjoyment and my Business. Their matcha made me understand that it wasn’t that I didn’t like Matcha, I just hadn’t found THE ONE! Absolutely love it and so do my customers, I had an older couple come in and were like we have tried matcha before and it’s not our thing, but I proceeded to explain that we use high quality matcha and it has a umami flavor to it, after one bite they called me over, and said wow this was such an amazing experience you have definitely changed our perspective on matcha.
